Welcome to First Grade!  I have been teaching first grade since 2002 and greatly enjoy it!  First grade is a wonderful time when students are continuing to learn how to read, write, and learn a variety of math concepts.  I enjoy creating fun and interesting lessons for my students.  My husband, Jeff, and I are both Tri-Valley graduates.  We have one daughter, Kaylee, who graduated from Tri-Valley High School and is attending Arizona State University where she is a member of the ASU Track Team and is in the Barrett Honors College and Herberger Institute for Design & the Arts where she is studying Landscape Architecture.  In high school she played basketball, varsity volleyball and varsity track and field events for both indoor and outdoor track.  In 2015 she placed first in the Discus and third in the Shot Put at the OHSAA Division I State Track Meet, first in hammer at the Ohio State Hammer Meet, first in Discus at the Midwest Meet of Champions, and first in Discus at the 2015 New Balance Outdoor Nationals.  She is the first girl to win a state championship in any sports at Tri-Valley High School.  We love swimming, fishing, boating, traveling, and cheering for the Tri-Valley Scotties and the OSU Buckeyes.  GO DAWGS!  GO BUCKS!  You can reach me at cantill@tvschools.org or by calling the school's office at 740-754-4001.
