Open Enrollment & Intra District Forms
for the 2019-2020 school year

Parents/Guardians must submit an Open Enrollment Application or Intra District Form for each school aged child, each year. Applications are accessible by clicking on the link below. Please review the instructions and complete the appropriate form by April 30th. You will be notified of your child's status, via regular mail, by July 15, 2019.
Intra District Application is for Tri-Valley students who wish to attend a different elementary building within the Tri-Valley District.
Open Enrollment (Inter District) Application is for students who reside in another school district and wish to attend school at Tri-Valley.
