BIO: I am a graduate from Muskingum University with a Bachelors in Intervention Specialist and a Minor in Psychology. Muskingum was not the first college that I attended. Starting at Zane State College I obtained my associates in Early Childhood Education. I graduated from West Muskingum High school. Involved in 4-H, dance, and pageants. I competed at Miss Ohio for 1 year and was a part of the production team for 4 years. On top of being a pageant girl, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and being out on the farm. Family is the most important thing to me! My life motto is Communication is KEY! This is very important when being a teacher/ Intervention Specialist. Communication between the IEP, school system, families, and the community. As a person that grew up with an IEP, I know firsthand the importance of having one and the communication that it takes to have a successful plan. Communication is a way to cover yourself if ever needed as well as enhance the learning and education of the students. Making sure all students are provided with education that is going to help them enhance their learning and growing towards their goals.
