Open Enrollment and Intra District Forms
for the 2014-2015 school year
are now available online!
Parents/Guardians must submit an Open Enrollment Application or Intra District Form for each school aged child, each year. Applications can be obtained through the website or at any Tri-Valley School building as they will NOT be mailed to individual homes. All applications are due to the Tri-Valley District Office by April 1, 2014. You will be notified of your child’s status my mid July.

Intra District is for Tri-Valley students who wish to attend a different TV elementary building.
Open Enrollment is for students who reside in another school district and wish to attend school at Tri-Valley.
