Second-grader Arpen Parekh recently won second place in the 2013 Imagine Engineering Coloring Contest for the Franklin County Chapter. His drawing featured engineers at work. You can see it on the Dresden Elementary webpage.
We are organizing a Garage Sale for June 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to benefit Mrs. Finnell and to help her with her medical expenses. We are asking for donations to be sold at the sale. More information about the sale is attached.
Market Day pickup is Friday, May 14. We are also having a June Market Day sale with pickup on June 14.

The Tri-Valley youth football and basketball programs are having camp for students in 2nd through 9th grade on June 3, 4 and 5. Registration forms are on the Tri-Valley website.
Yearbooks should be delivered to school on Wednesday or Thursday this week. We will have a limited number of yearbooks for sale if you didn’t pre-order one. Please call the office if you would like to purchase one.
We will be getting an updated/new Progress Book for next year. This will require all students and their families to get new passwords. More information will be sent home this fall.
